"We held a birthday party recently at Silverbrook Farm in Hillsboro for 21 guests. Our host recommended Savoir Fare as our caterer and we are delighted that she did. We began working with Joan, Executive Chef and Owner, a couple of weeks prior to the event. Joan provided us with sample menus and pricing and was very accommodating about changes we wanted to make. The menu included wonderful appetizers for our cocktail hour (the bacon-wrapped scallops were the bomb!) and a very nice combination of main courses with seasonal vegetables for the dinner. Everything was prepared meticulously and served efficiently by her gracious staff. Even their bartender was very professional and friendly to all our guests. We found the pricing for the event very reasonable, considering the diversity and quality of the food served. We will definitely be return customers in the future.
